We will endeavour to contact you to confirm your reservation within 24 hour of receiving your booking.

A valid credit card number is required to confirm a reservation.

You are welcome to arrive from 1.30pm onwards, however we are happy for you to store gear and use the facilities if you arrive prior to this time. Check-out time is 10am, however we are happy for you to store gear and use the facilities after this time if required.

Cancellations: As a small business, cancellations and no-shows can have a significant affect on us. If your plans change and you need to cancel your booking please inform us as soon as possible. Reservation may be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours prior to day of arrival. Failure to cancel your booking will result in an automatic charge equivalent to 1 nights accommodation being charged to your credit card.
